November 12, 2008 Michelle Capeling and her sister Meghan won a very special ride in JCC's owner's replica of the Dupont 24 stock car. ABC-TV afiliate WSYR 9 along with their hit show Bridge Street aired the event. It was an exciting moment while all of Michelle's 6 th grade class mates waited anxiously for her celebrtiy style arival at her Manlius Pebble Hill school. Although it was a chilly morning the windows and heater kept everyone warm for the 15 mile ride to school. The contest winners were awarded their own Super Street Series shirts to remember this special day. The event was aired during the Bridge Street show that day and a segment on the 6:00 evening news.
