Jeffrey's Custom Conversions

Construction begins with New York’s finest designers and craftsman. Then, we take the best GM sport utility vehicles and convert them into meanest, sleekest looking SS SUV in your neighborhood.

It all starts by removing the front end, rear bumper, springs etc. We custom fit all new front SS panels, lamps, sheet metal, bumper and brackets. The side skirting is custom built and designed to fit your Suburban or Tahoe Body configuration. New rocker panels drop the body lower line by about 3 inches. Bringing up the rear, the bumper is covered with an OEM SS style cover and the brackets are converted and modified. Underneath the front is dropped 2 inches and the rear by 3 to give it the low sleek look.

A complete computerized four wheel alignment is performed to the new chrome 20 inch SS style wheels. You choose the tires from www.tirerack.com or use our choice. The roof is stripped of the rack, holes filled and smoothed. On the side and rear all nameplates are removed and replaced with SS badges. Inside gauge panel is replaced with a white background that glows in the dark.

Refinishing:

All panels installed are first cut in or edged your vehicle color. The panels are refinished by factory trained Dupont refinish technicians in a semi-down-draft spray booth. Paint is baked at 145° to a high gloss. We use only the best Dupont paint products, with a lifetime warranty. All paint is custom mixed in house for a precise color matching. Finally, an operation check is performed. Quality control inspection sheet is completed. Test driving is completed before the final delivery. In the end a limited build non production vehicle that looks like it rolled off the assembly line. But your friends will know better. We are a registered Dupont Performance Alliance shop.
